Reed HR are partnered with a Transport and Logistics Business based in North-West London to recruit a HR Advisor on a full time, Permanent basis. Salary on offer is between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. This job will be mostly office based but will offer some hybrid working with days worked in the office and the rest from home each week. Travel to other sites around London will also be required.
The main responsibilities of this job will be to work alongside Line Managers and employees alike, by offering advice and support on HR issues where required. You will manage the HR inbox and escalate any complex issues to the HR Business Partners as required.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
*Act as first point of contact for HR queries, managing the HR inbox and dealing with queries and questions from employees and managers alike, ensuring efficient and timely responses.
*Update all HR compliance, collect references, update L&D and employee records on the HRIS
*Manage all interview coordination, supporting with recruitment processes.
*Sit in and support on Employee relations meetings as required.
*Build relationships with Managers across your designated client group, providing support where needed with any questions or queries
*Any ad-hoc or additional responsibilities as required by the Head of HR / HR BP / CPO
This is a professional and demanding HR Advisor role working within a fast-paced business. Ideally you will be immediately available or on short notice to start. This role will be working within a Trade Union environment, so experience in this area is essential.
