Maintenance Supervisor

Outsource UK is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to provide on-site leadership and oversee maintenance activities at a Top Tier COMAH facility.

This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and support technicians in planned and corrective maintenance
*Act as the on-site focal point for maintenance and engineering activity
*Prioritise defects and work orders daily
*Assist in planning and delivering maintenance tasks and small project work
*Produce and review permits to work, RAMS and safe systems of work
*Coordinate contractor activity and uphold safety-critical procedures
*Maintain asset condition data and CMMS records
*Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement
About You
*Mechanical or electrical qualification (multi-skilled desirable)
*Experience working on Top Tier COMAH or major hazard industrial sites
*Strong understanding of P2W, SSOW, RAMS and maintenance processes
*Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo desirable)
*Confident communicator with proven supervisory or team-lead experience
*Safety-focused, organised, collaborative, and proactive
