Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing business based in Sheffield to recruit a Manufacturing Technology Officer to lead the Group’s technological development and transformation.

This role offers the chance to shape Industry 4.0 initiatives, drive automation, and implement digital strategies that deliver measurable improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
The role:

As Manufacturing Technology Officer, your responsibilities will include:
*Developing and implementing the Group’s Industry 4.0 and Automation Roadmap
*Identifying and integrating emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, and data connectivity
*Advising senior leadership on strategic manufacturing technology investments
*Driving automation and process optimisation across all production sites
*Supporting technology integration during mergers and new site developments
*Mentoring site managers on Industry 4.0 principles and operational best practice
