An Interim Head of HR to:
*Lead a large HR Function
*Coach and up skill the team and create a stable or continuous service
*Identify and handle performance issues
*Establish the HR function and HR team across the wider organisation
*Provide strategic HR leadership and develop the people function
*Continue to implement key HR projects, including establishing and modernising the HR function
*Play a key role in significantly changing the HR function and embedding best practice across the organisation
Profile
A successful Interim Head of HR should have:
*Previous line management experience
*Previous Senior HR Leadership experience
*Available to start in January
*Previous experience working in an Education setting
