We are looking for a detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a thriving retail business in Bristol. This role focuses on month-end management accounts, preparing reports, finance business partnering, FP&A and continuous improvement.

Description
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
*Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Analyse financial data to identify trends and variances.
*Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
*Collaborate with the finance team and wider business to streamline processes.
*Ensure timely reporting to key stakeholders in the retail sector.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification
*Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
*Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
*Proficiency in Sage 200 and MS Excel.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
*Experience within the retail industry is advantageous.
Job Offer
