Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
*Preparation of management accounts
*Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and planning.
*Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights.
*Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
*Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial efficiencies.
*Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Studying ACCA, CIMA or a recognised Accounting qualification
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
*Excellent understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Attention to detail and a high level of numeracy.
*Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
