We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join a well-established organisation in Wareham. This role is pivotal in supporting the Finance Department, managing the purchase ledger, and ensuring smooth business operations. You’ll play an important part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the production of management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
*Process purchase invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and resolve queries.
*Allocate payments and maintain aged creditors accurately.
*Set up payments and raise purchase orders for departments.
*Manage supplier accounts and onboard new suppliers.
*Respond to finance inbox queries promptly and professionally.
*Process employee expenses and credit card payments.
*Provide support to the Management Accounts team and Reception when required.
Experience Required:
*Previous experience in purchase ledger (minimum 1 year preferred).
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a multi-department environment.
Work Location: On-site in Wareham, Dorset.
