*Lead the finance function for a major manufacturing site, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.
*Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
*Partner with operations and commercial teams to optimize costs, margins, and efficiency.
*Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
*Oversee audits, risk management, and internal controls to maintain best practice standards.
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Proven experience in the FMCG/ pharmaceutical/ manufacturing industry.
*Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
*In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
*Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
*Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
