Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support, motivate, and develop the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service

* Help manage daily retail operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance

* Support the Store Manager with sales targets, profitability, and cost control

* Play a vital role in recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members

* Maintain high store presentation standards aligned with brand expectations

* Adapt to the fast-paced environment of a new store opening and peak trading periods

About You:
* Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles

* Strong team leadership skills with a passion for coaching and development

* Proactive and hands-on approach to supporting sales and operational excellence

* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
