They are on the lookout for a Audit Manager who is eager to grow and has substantial experience in accounts, tax, and audit. This role involves a significant focus on audit activities (60-70%), working within a team that values long-term relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct comprehensive audits for a diverse range of clients, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
*Lead and collaborate closely with different teams across the practice to provide comprehensive accounting services.
*Facilitate weekly team meetings to discuss updates, strategies, and ongoing projects.
*Initially, work predominantly from the office to integrate with the team, with the flexibility to shift to a hybrid working model.
*Oversee various accounting tasks, including tax preparation and general account management, to ensure a holistic service delivery to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Extensive experience in audit, as well as thorough knowledge of accounts and tax.
*Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across different teams.
