*Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager
*Private Equity
*£100-110,000 base + bonus and bens (5 days in the office)
We are delighted to partner with a dynamic, Private Equity firm in their search for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in driving strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Reporting directly to the Head of Group Finance and working within a lean, high-performing team of five, this newly created role offers significant exposure to business partner with the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
*Be responsible for the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.
*Build financial models to support planning and initiatives.
*Improve finance systems and reporting including data-driven analysis.
*Produce monthly management reporting, analysing variances and identifying key commercial drivers.
*Partner with key stakeholders and leadership to drive financial performance improvement.
*Prepare monthly analysis and commentary including KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.
*Act as a finance business partner to senior management and providing insight on revenue, margin and costs.
*Work on various finance projects including the implementation of Datarails.
*Improve budgeting and forecasting as well as financial controls and data quality.

Skills & Qualifications
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive FP&A and business partnering experience ideally gained in private equity or financial services.
*Strong analytical and data skills including advanced Excel and financial modelling (DataRails knowledge would be a bonus).
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

This role will be 5 days in their Mayfair office role - this is non-negotiable.
