About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team and support the care and development of babies and young children in a warm and nurturing environment. You will work alongside qualified staff to provide a safe, stimulating, and loving space where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in personal care
*Support play and learning activities appropriate for babies’ and children’s developmental stages.
*Help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers.
*Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
*Participate in team meetings and nursery events as required.
What We’re Looking For
*No formal qualification required – training will be provided.
*A genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
*Reliable, caring, and able to work as part of a team.
*Willingness to learn and develop skills in early years care.
*Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations.
