Job Description:
Customer Service Representative
Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, an award-winning financial services company based in Brighton.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their concerns, servicing their accounts, and delivering fair, effective outcomes. Every call is a chance to make a difference.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Representative:
*Salary: £24,600
*Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 9am - 5.30pm and 10am - 7pm, and every other Saturday for 4 hours
*Contract Type: Fixed-term contract
*Location: Brighton
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
*Handling inbound calls across a range of products

*Owning queries from start to finish
*Spotting opportunities to improve how they work
*Collaborating with the wider Customer Services team
Key Skills and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
*A customer-first mindset and creative problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
*Familiarity with Office 2010, Outlook, and FCA/PRA frameworks
*Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
