Fantastic new immediately available temp to perm role at award winning Design/Experiential Agency based in Central London. Our work spans speculative design, foresight, and immersive experiences, and has been shown at the Barbican, MoMA New York, V&A, and La Biennale di Venezia.
We are looking for a highly organised Assistant to the Directors & Studio Administrator to support their Directors and handle essential studio admin. This full-time role suits someone with at least three year’s experience in a similar administrative/assistant position, who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating in excellent written and spoken English.
The role includes (not limited to):
*Managing Director’s diaries, correspondence, and travel.
*Supporting client and partner communication and follow-ups.
*Handling expenses, basic bookkeeping, and occasional loan agreements.
*Coordinating meeting bookings, visitor passes, and subscriptions
*Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
