Pay: £95 - £110 per day
Contract: Long-term | Term-time only

Looking for a role where every child is genuinely valued and no two days feel the same?
This is an opportunity to join a specialist SEND school supporting children and young people aged 4-19, all with EHCPs and a diagnosis of Autism. The setting is calm, well-resourced and purpose-built to help pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
You’ll be working in a school where learning is personalised, progress is celebrated in all its forms, and staff are encouraged to take the time needed to build meaningful relationships with pupils. The team works closely together and alongside external professionals to make sure each young person gets the right support at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups throughout the school day
*Helping deliver learning activities that are adapted to individual needs and interests
*Supporting communication, emotional regulation and social development
*Encouraging independence, confidence and positive engagement
*Making use of specialist spaces such as sensory areas, outdoor learning spaces and practical learning environments
*Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff as part of a collaborative SEND team
This Role Could Be a Great Fit If You
*Have experience working with children or young people with SEND or Autism
*Enjoy working in a structured but flexible environment
*Value teamwork, communication and consistency
*Are calm, encouraging and genuinely motivated to support young people with complex needs
*Want to work in a setting where relationships and wellbeing are just as important as academic outcomes
What’s On Offer
*A long-term role in a well-established specialist SEND school
*Small class sizes and access to excellent facilities and resources
*A welcoming, knowledgeable staff team who support one another
*Ongoing guidance and support from Long Term Futures
*The chance to gain valuable experience across a wide age range
