Role Summary:
You’ll join a close-knit team supporting commercial clients across a diverse portfolio. This role is renewal-led with scope for cross-sell and upsell, focused on quality service over volume. You’ll work alongside experienced brokers in an environment that values professionalism, team chemistry, and long-term development - not just a short-term hire.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead renewal processes and mid-term changes: Ensuring the best outcome for clients with tailored cover
*Handle commercial combined, fleet, medical malpractice, and liability risks: Supporting a wide client base
*Collaborate across a growing team: Helping manage case load in a team expanding due to growth and mat cover
*Maintain strong client relationships: With a people-first approach in line with company values
*Uphold documentation, compliance, and audit processes: Supporting high standards across all service lines
Requirements:
*Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial brokerage setting
*Exposure to general commercial lines - not necessarily health & care
*Strong communication, organisational, and team skills
*Able to fit into a respectful, tight-knit team culture
*Not a complete rookie - you’ll need a solid foundation and confidence in client work
