Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
*Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines
*Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions
*Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
*Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
*BSC or HND within Architectural Technology
*Proficiency with Revit
*Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice
*Experience working across all RIBA work stages
*Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations
*CIAT Registered would be desirable
*Experience leading projects within the residential sector
*Job Running experience
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
