We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team in Bournemouth. This is a full-time maternity cover position starting from February half term, offering the chance to work in a nurturing environment where every child’s development matters.
Key Responsibilities *Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with EYFS standards.
*Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with parents.
*Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
Requirements *Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
*Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
*Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
