Job Description:
Commissioning Engineer
Location: Field-based,London
Salary: £43,000 to £46,000 plus bonus and benefits
Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys bringing systems to life? We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to support the delivery of intelligent lighting control systems across commercial sites.
This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects where your technical expertise will have a real impact.
The Role
*Commission and test lighting control systems on client sites
*Connect systems to control panels and configure sensors, switches and modules
*Work with DALI, LonWorks and IP-based systems
*Diagnose and resolve faults on site
*Train clients on system operation
*Provide post-installation support and complete job reports
What We’re Looking For
*3 to 5 years’ experience commissioning lighting or electrical systems
*Strong understanding of DALI, 1 to 10V dimming and IP networking
*Experience working with control panels and PCBs
*Confident working independently on site
*CSCS card or willingness to obtain
*Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer
*Salary £40,000 to £46,000 depending on experience
*35-hour working week, Monday to Friday
*One Saturday per month
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
