Job Description:
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored 1:1 or small group tuition to learners with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
* Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets
* Build positive, trusting relationships with learners and their families
* Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to parents, schools, and local authorities
* Support learners with academic, social, and emotional development
Requirements: * Experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
* Strong understanding of differentiated learning strategies
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Relevant qualifications (QTS, PGCE, SEN qualification, or tutoring experience desirable)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedules
