The Role
Our client’s residential conveyancing team forms part of a wider and highly respected real estate practice. The role offers exposure to a broad range of residential property work and will include:

*
Preparing standard engagement letters and contract documentation
*
Requesting searches, redemption statements, deeds and other information from lenders, search providers, the Land Registry and third parties

The Candidate
We are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant with experience supporting residential conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion. Experience of handling straightforward sales would be beneficial, although this is not essential as training can be provided.
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements
The role is based in a UK office location, with the opportunity to work from home up to two days per week.
The Package
Our client offers a strong benefits package and a positive working culture, including:
*
Generous annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday
*
Flexible holiday options
*
Medical cash plan
*
Pension and life assurance
*
Employee reward and recognition schemes
*
Paid volunteering days
*
Family-friendly leave policies
*
A range of wellbeing and wellness initiatives
