Description
*Directing all aspects of tax activities and compliance within the company.
*Preparing and reviewing corporate and individual tax returns.
*Advising on tax strategies and planning, optimising the company’s financial performance.
*Communicating with tax authorities and providing needed information.
*Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
*Supervising, training, and mentoring members of the tax team.
*Keeping up to date with changes in tax law and regulations.
*Liaising with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure tax compliance.
Profile
A successful Tax Director should have:
*A strong academic background in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CTA etc).
*Proven experience in a tax leadership role.
*Excellent understanding of tax regulations and legislation.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
