Description
*Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making processes.
*Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
*Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive financial performance.
*Monitor financial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
*Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
*Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving strategic objectives.
Profile
A successful Senior FBP should have:
*Strong expertise in Accounting & Finance within a Not For Profit setting.
*Proven ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
*Experience in preparing and managing budgets and forecasts.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
*A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.

Job Offer
