About the Role
Reed in Leeds are recruiting on behalf of a client looking for an organised Project Administrator/Coordinator to lead the review, refresh there Project processes. This role is key to ensuring efficient governance, streamlined workflows, and successful project delivery.
Open to full and part time
Full time 3 month contact
Part time 6 months contract
Pay: £29,500
Key Responsibilities
*Review and update governance structures, decision-making processes, and supporting documentation for project oversight.
*Assess current project documentation and reporting methods, introducing more efficient approaches.
*Research and recommend collaborative project management tools, including preparing proposals and rollout plans.
*Create and maintain templates and resources to support consistent project management practices.
*Organise and facilitate governance meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, minutes, and tracking actions.
*Monitor progress on project actions, risks, and interdependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
*Provide senior stakeholders with clear, accurate, and timely reports.
*Deliver training and guidance on new systems and processes.
*Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and effective collaboration across teams.
*Ensure all activities comply with data protection and GDPR requirements.
Person Specification
Essential
*Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
*Experience in coordinating projects or supporting governance processes.
*Proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges and improvements.
*Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practices.
Desirable
*Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project Online).
*Recognized project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
*Knowledge or experience in sectors such as health, housing, or social support.
*Ability to speak additional languages.
*Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
