Learning Support Assistant Required for Primary School in Crawley

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a wonderful Primary School in Crawley.
Our team has a strong reputation in the local area, and we’re now looking for more exceptional LSAs who can help pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. This role involves supporting children across the classroom, providing targeted intervention, and helping pupils with additional learning needs reach their full potential.
Duties may include:
• Working with pupils in small groups
• Providing one-to-one learning support
• Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs
• Helping to deliver engaging and inclusive learning activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Supporting teachers with preparation of learning resources
The ideal applicant will have:
• Experience supporting children in a school or similar setting
• A genuine passion for helping young learners grow and succeed
• An understanding of SEND and the ability to adapt to different needs
• A calm, encouraging, and proactive approach
• Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
