Hours: 37.5 per week with flexible hours
Salary: Up to £34,000 + discretionary bonus

They are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to become part of their friendly team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to incoming enquiries and quotation requests while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client requests for quotations and product information.
*Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through exceptional service.
*Quoting & Pricing: Prepare and follow up on quotations, working closely with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing.
*Order Management: Process purchase orders, manage payments, and ensure all customer requirements are met.
*Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventative measures.
*Team Collaboration: Contribute to quarterly business reviews and support the achievement of team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Experience: Proven background in Account Management or Customer Service, ideally within a technical or product-based environment.
*Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
*Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel; SAP experience is advantageous.
*Personal Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
