Accounts Assistant
Salary: £25,000–£29,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Brighton
Are you passionate about numbers and looking to join a vibrant, creative business in the heart of Brighton? We’re seeking an Accounts Assistant to become a key part of our busy finance team.
What you’ll do:
*Handle day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.
*Assist with management accounts preparation and reporting, supporting month-end and year-end processes.
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for internal and external reporting.
*Support budgeting and forecasting activities where required.
*Carry out ad hoc administrative duties to keep the finance function running smoothly.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
What we’re looking for:
*Ideally AAT qualified (or working towards), but we’re flexible for the right experience.
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
