Finance Manager
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Producing management accounts and month-end reports
*Preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts
*Balancing trial balances to the balance sheet
*Managing year-end accounts and audit processes
*Leading day-to-day finance operations, including payroll
*Supporting leadership with financial insight and guidance
*Helping improve processes, systems, and controls across entities
About You:
*ACCA / CIMA / ACA preferred, but AAT or QBE welcome
*Confident in preparing management accounts and reports
*Able to manage multiple entities and priorities
*Positive and proactive approach — takes ownership and responsibility
*Experience in the charity sector is a bonus, but not essential
*Confident using accounting systems and Excel
