*Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
*Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
*Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
*Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
*Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory requirements.
*Lead the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A solid background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
*Professional qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or QBE/equivalent).
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
*Experience in preparing financial reports and managing budgets.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
