Job Description:
Position: Customer Service Call Handler
Salary: £12.60-13.05 ph
Contract: Temporary – mid Jan 2026, 3 months
Location: CV1. Must be local to the Coventry office and be available to work in the office when required. Hybrid / Remote opportunities
Working Shifts: 9:00-17:00 35 h/p/w
Our client is a prestigious UK awarding body located by Coventry Train Station,and are looking for 3 x Customer Service Call Handlers to help with a Customer Service Project. This is a temporary position only.
Duties –
*Working through a call list, meeting deadlines
*Outbound calling to public sector organisations, updating their data on the main database
*Accurate Data Entry
Person specification –
• Clear communication skills
• Task driven
• Be able to commit to the full 3 month assignment
Would suit a target driven person who is flexible with their time/can commit to a 3 month assignment.
