Location: Camberley

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 per week with flexitime

Salary: Up to £34,000 + Annual Bonus

What You’ll Do
*Customer Care: Be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing accurate information and timely responses.
*Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
*Order & Quotation Management: Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure smooth transactions.
*Problem Solving: Handle queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service and contribute to team success.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience: Previous experience in customer service or account management, ideally in a product or technical environment.
*Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Tech Savvy: Comfortable using MS Excel; SAP experience is a bonus.
*Personal Qualities: Proactive, adaptable, and a true team player.
