Job Description:
We’re hiring for our client who is looking for a polished, professional and customer-focused individual to be the face of our clinic every Saturday working as our Receptionist.
If you’re a self-starter with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering a five-star experience, this role offers the perfect opportunity to work in a modern and friendly environment – with commission incentives included!
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet all clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a first-class experience from arrival to departure
*Manage all bookings via our scheduling system, including amendments and confirmations
*Take payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely
*Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings
*Maintain a tidy, calming and organised reception and waiting area
*Promote services and products when appropriate to maximise sales opportunities
*Liaise with therapists and practitioners to ensure smooth appointment flow
*Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries in a timely and professional manner
*Maintain client records and ensure GDPR compliance
Skills required:
*Previous experience in a customer service or front-of-house role
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong IT and Technology skills
*Immaculate personal presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
*Highly organised with great attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and take initiative
*Availability every Saturday from 10am–4pm
