Schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford regularly request Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs. As a flexible Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work in different classrooms, build valuable experience and develop the skills needed for a future career in teaching, psychology or education.

What You’ll Do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant * Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils

* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines

* Adapt confidently to different school environments

What We’re Looking For * A degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies or a related subject (preferred)

* A strong interest in SEN and child development

* Experience working with children (desirable, not essential)
