Branch Manager
*Annual Salary: £50,000+ (on-target earnings)
*Basic Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team to new heights of success. If you have a background in estate agency and are looking to step into a management role, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
*Coach and develop team members, focusing on individual performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
*Generate new and repeat business while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
*Arrange property viewings, negotiate offers, and agree on sales, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.
*Develop and action business plans specific to your branch and assess the performance of local competitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator, Property Valuer position, or higher.
*Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships.
*Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
*Ability to manage high volume and time-sensitive workloads.
*Outstanding customer service reputation.
*Strong IT skills, including proficiency in basic Microsoft packages.
*Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
