Senior Property Marketing Consultant

Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on generating new and repeat business.
*Gain new instructions for properties to market and effectively market these properties to potential buyers.
*Utilize various marketing skills to enhance property visibility and appeal.
*Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products.
*Prepare detailed and attractive brochures for each property, including photos and descriptions.
*Engage in canvassing the local area through door knocking and leaflet dropping.
*Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must possess a full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
*Proven experience as an Estate Agent, ready to advance to the next level.
*Excellent team collaboration skills, contributing to a spirited and enjoyable working environment.
*Known for delivering outstanding customer service.
*Ability to work independently and take initiative.
*Effective communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
*Proficient in basic Microsoft Office packages and strong attention to detail.
