True Potential Paraplanner to Trainee Financial Adviser – Clients Provided
Central London

A rare opportunity to move from Paraplanning into an Adviser role within the True Potential network.
One of our longest-standing clients has enjoyed a record-breaking 2025, achieving the strongest year-on-year revenue growth in their 10+ year history. Having supported this firm since inception — including placing the current Managing Director and building much of the wider team — we are delighted to support them again during this exciting growth phase.
The firm is a multi-award-winning Chartered Financial Planning practice, advising HNW and UHNW clients across the full spectrum of financial planning, including investments, pensions, tax planning, wills, trusts, and estate planning. They are particularly well known for their plain-English advice and leadership in intergenerational planning.
The Role
This position is designed for a True Potential–experienced Paraplanner who wants a clearly defined route into Financial Advice. You will be developed to take over a senior Adviser’s client bank in the future.
The role is split between:
*Attending all client meetings with a senior Adviser
*Gaining hands-on exposure to fact-finding, technical discussions, and client relationship management
*Supporting advice delivery while developing adviser-level competence
This is a genuinely client-facing role from day one, offering exposure rarely available at this level.
About You
*Previous experience within the True Potential network
*Around 18+ months’ Paraplanning experience
*Working towards (or close to completing) the Level 4 Diploma
*Experience producing suitability reports (templated or bespoke)
*Exposure to product research
*A clear ambition to become a Financial Adviser
