Learning Support Mentor - Personal Care | Always Recruiting | Cambridge
Reed Further Education is always recruiting compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Mentors to provide personal care and learning support for students at colleges in Cambridge. We have opportunities for both temporary and permanent roles, with rates of pay negotiable.
What You’ll Do:
*Provide one-to-one or group support to learners with additional needs.
*Assist with personal care requirements in a respectful and professional manner.
*Help students engage in learning activities and achieve their goals.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with young adults who require personal care.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*A caring, patient, and supportive approach to working with learners.
