Job Description:
Estate Agency Branch Manager
*Annual Salary: £50,000 (on-target earnings)
*Basic Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience)
*Location: Taunton, Somerset
*Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Join the UK’s largest independent property services group as a Branch Manager in Taunton. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can lead a team to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
*Coach and develop team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
*Monitor individual performance, conducting one-to-one meetings to ensure team members are aligned with business goals.
*Generate new business and manage repeat client interactions to maintain a robust client base.
*Negotiate offers and agree on sales, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, tailoring interactions to meet their needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
*Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers, suppliers, and team members.
*Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
*Proven ability to manage high volume and time-sensitive workloads.
*Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on meeting client needs.
*Proficient in basic Microsoft packages and strong IT skills overall.
*Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
