*Annual Salary: £25,000 - £27,500 Basic, £50,000+ OTE

Day-to-day of the role:
*Operate as a local estate agent providing end-to-end services from valuation to completion of sale.
*Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to enhance business generation.
*Market and promote your own personal brand effectively to attract new clients.
*Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages client satisfaction and referrals.
*Utilize the support from local branch hubs, central lead management, and concierge telephony to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven track record in estate agency or related field.
*Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to be the best estate agent in the area.
*Excellent marketing and sales skills.
*Ability to manage a flexible schedule to meet clients’ needs.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and community members.
