Audit Manager

We are excited to present an exclusive opportunity for an ACA qualified Audit Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with extensive experience in managing a diverse portfolio of audit and accountancy clients, demonstrating a strong ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple engagements effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a broad portfolio of audit and non-audit clients, serving as the main point of contact and taking full responsibility from planning to completion of each assignment.
*Work closely with Audit Partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
*Direct a team of 14 auditors, handling numerous audit engagements simultaneously. Implement strategic initiatives that result in an increase in team productivity.
*Lead high-profile audits, adhering to strict regulatory frameworks and deadlines, thereby exceeding client expectations.
*Develop and lead a comprehensive training program for junior auditors, which enhances their auditing skills and reduces review comments.
*Introduce process improvements that cut audit expenses without compromising service quality.
*Develop and implement a data analytics strategy that boosts the efficiency and effectiveness of audit procedures.
*Enhance client relationships, improving client satisfaction and increasing retention rates.
*Drive an increase in revenue through effective business development efforts, including cross-selling and acquiring new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*ACA qualification.
*Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
*Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
*Proficient in software such as CaseWare, Inflo, CCH, Digita, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks.
*Strong experience with an audit split of 80% Audit and 20% Accounts.
