Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Norwich, working for our clients’ highly regarded and successful Mortgage practice. Our clients are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, mainly working on Residential and Buy-to-let Mortgages. The role will be office-based working Monday to Friday with no weekends, with all leads provided and no cold calling!
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
*Basic Salary £30,000
*Strong Tiered Commission structure
*OTE £60,000 - £75,000
*25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
*Healthcare
*Referral programme offering additional income opportunities
Working hours:
*Full Time
*Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with one day a week working 12.00pm – 8.00pm
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
*Driven individual with the desire to write Mortgage business
*Fully CeMAP qualified
*Buy to Let or Residential mortgage background preferred
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
*Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
