Employee Benefits Account Manager
12 Month MAT cover, potential to be made permanent
Putney, London (3 days a week after probation)
Up to £35,000 DOE


A successful Employee Benefits Consultancy firm based in South West London are looking for a Employee Benefits Account Manager to join the team and provide client-facing, administrative support to the Consultants. You will work side-by-side with clients to ensure their business needs are understood and a bespoke service is provided.
This firm has quickly developed a reputation for being adaptable and capable of looking after the wide range of corporate and individual clients.
This is a 12 Month MAT leave cover to work with the client renewals and grasp the ropes of how things are done. When the MAT leaver returns, you may have the opportunity to move elsewhere within the business - should you be interested - or remain in the Employee Benefits department. You will also have exposure to the Financial Planning side of the business - progression into this team is encouraged.
This is an ideal role for someone who has some form of exposure to the Insurance or Employee Benefits field and is keen to further their experience.
As part of a small business, anything you can do to help the team will be helpful! There will be exposure to the Wealth Management side of the business and plenty of opportunities to develop your career in the financial advice industry.


What’s needed to be considered?
In order to be considered for this unique opportunity, candidates need to have -
- Previous experience in an Employee Benefits, Insurance, or Group Risk focused role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Experience using IT Systems and Software
