My client a are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their team at their Colwick (Nottingham) office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role My client a is looking to recruit an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You’ll provide essential administrative support across the business, helping teams stay organised, efficient, and focused.
Key Responsibilities * Managing general office administration and documentation

* Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service

* Updating and maintaining CRM systems

* Supporting internal teams with scheduling, data entry, and reporting

* Ensuring office processes run efficiently and professionally

About You They ae looking for someone who brings energy, accuracy, and a positive approach to their work. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in an administrative support role

* Strong IT and organisational skills

* Experience using CRM systems (essential)

* Familiarity with BigChange (highly desirable)

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A reliable and professional attitude

What They Offer * Competitive salary of £26,000-£28,000, depending on experience

* Friendly and supportive working environment

* Full-time, stable hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30

* The role is office based.
