Prospero Teaching is working closely with welcoming primary schools and nurseries in Central Southampton who are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join their teams immediately. The Role:
*Support pupils across the classroom, small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
*Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Work alongside dedicated teachers and SEN teams
*Make a genuine difference to pupils learning and development
The Ideal Candidate:
*Has previous UK school experience (essential)
*Is proactive, reliable, and confident supporting pupils
*Brings enthusiasm, patience, and a passion for education
*Can adapt to different classroom settings
