Our client is a highly regarded independent estate agency seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their team near Bury St Edmunds.
As a Lettings Negotiator, you can expect:
*A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000
*Realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 (Uncapped)
*Ongoing training and support
*Opportunities for career progression
Key responsibilities as a Lettings Negotiator will include:
*Matching ideal tenants to each property
*Conducting viewings.
*Managing a busy diary.
*Completing registration and reference paperwork.
*Negotiating and completing lets.
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role, you should have:
*A minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Lettings Negotiator
*A local presence in Bury St. Edmunds
*A career-driven mindset
*Strong customer service skills
*Proficiency in IT
*A keen eye for detail
*The ability to work as a team player while showcasing your individual flair
