SEN Teaching Assistant - Bedford - Tradewind Recruitment - Temporary - Full-time or Part-time - £90-100 per day - Weekly Pay
Not every child learns by sitting still.
Not every SEN TA should either.
We’re looking for a creative, patient, and emotionally intelligent SEN Teaching Assistant who understands that progress doesn’t always come from worksheets and silence.
Sometimes it’s Lego.
Sometimes it’s movement breaks.
Sometimes it’s just being the calm adult in the room.
This role is for you if you:
* Think differently about learning
* Stay calm when behaviour is challenging
* Build trust before setting expectations
* Believe small wins matter
The role:
* Supporting pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* 1:1 and small-group support
* Bedford-based schools
