Job Description:
A leading global law firm is looking for a SeniorBusiness Development Manager to support its UK Private Equity practice. This is a high-impact role within a global BD team, working closely with senior partners to drive strategic growth in a core practice area.
The role
*Lead the development and delivery of business development and marketing plans aligned to firmwide strategy
*Partner directly with senior stakeholders on client, market and revenue-generating initiatives
*Support pitches, proposals and capability statements
*Identify market trends and growth opportunities in the UK and globally
*Oversee client events, profile-raising activity, directory submissions and thought leadership
*Collaborate with global BD colleagues on strategic projects and operating model initiatives
About you
*Strong business development experience in professional services (legal preferred)
*Good understanding of Private Equity or related work types
*Commercially minded, with excellent stakeholder management skills
*Line management experience
*Highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with senior professionals
