Job Description:
Due to continued expansion within the financial planning division of a global professional services firm, our client is seeking to recruit Paraplanners at varying levels of experience to join their established and highly technical London-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded financial planning function that supports a high-quality client base and offers clear, structured long-term career progression.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive paraplanning support to a Financial Planner and will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of high-quality, compliant financial planning solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Developing holistic financial planning strategies aligned to clients’ objectives
*Drafting detailed, client-centric financial planning and suitability reports
*Cashflow modelling and long-term financial forecasting
*Technical research across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning
*Liaising with product providers, platforms and internal stakeholders
*Supporting Financial Planners with ongoing client servicing
*Ensuring all work meets FCA, regulatory and internal compliance standards

*High-quality private client base including HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and trustees
*Well known for developing technically strong Paraplanners
Candidate Profile
*Previous experience in a paraplanning role
*Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or working towards
*Strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning
*High level of written and numerical ability
*Professional, organised and detail-oriented approach
*Ambition to develop long term within a structured environment
Location & Working Pattern
*London-based role
*Hybrid working model
*2–3 days per week in the office
Salary & Benefits
*Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (flexible, with scope to exceed for the right candidate)
*Annual performance-related bonus
