Job Description:
Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to join a warm, welcoming UHNW family based primarily between Richmond and Kensington. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity within a well-structured, fully staffed household that truly values professionalism, discretion, and continuity of care.
The role operates on a one week on / one week off (Monday–Sunday) rota, with two nannies on duty at all times, ensuring excellent support and consistency for the children. The position offers a flexible combination of live-in and live-out arrangements depending on the family’s schedule, along with regular stays at other UK residences and international travel during school holidays.
You will be caring for children aged 8–16 within a dynamic household environment where high standards are maintained. The role combines both hands-on childcare and organisation, including school runs, homework support, activity planning, wardrobe management, and maintaining beautifully organised children’s spaces. You will also be involved in coordinating schedules, playdates, birthdays, and appointments, as well as travelling with the family—managing packing and creating engaging, age-appropriate experiences.
A key aspect of the role is acting as a trusted point of contact between parents, schools, tutors, and household staff, always ensuring the children’s wellbeing, development, and education remain the priority.
Please note that candidates with prior rota nanny experience will only be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting multiple school-aged children in UHNW households, with a good understanding of neurodiversity and varied learning styles. An up-to-date DBS, paediatric first aid certification, and a clean driving licence are essential; tutoring experience would be a bonus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, career rota nanny seeking a stable, long-term position within a supportive and highly professional household.
