About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Paralegal to join our legal team in King’s Lynn. This role is ideal for a recent law graduate or a graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a legal career. You will work closely with solicitors and legal executives, gaining hands-on experience across a range of legal matters while developing your professional skills.
Key Responsibilities*Assisting solicitors with day-to-day case management
*Drafting and preparing legal documents, correspondence, and forms
*Conducting legal research and summarising findings
*Liaising with clients in person, by telephone, and via email
*Managing files, both electronic and paper, in line with regulatory requirements
*Attending client meetings and court (where appropriate)
*Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
*Supporting general administrative tasks within the legal team
Essential Requirements*A law degree (LLB) or relevant graduate qualification (or due to be completed)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*A professional, confident, and client-focused approach
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
*A genuine interest in developing a career within the legal profession
Desirable (But Not Essential)*LPC, SQE preparation, or intention to undertake SQE
*Previous legal work experience, placement, or internship
*Familiarity with legal case management systems
*Knowledge of specific practice areas (e.g. conveyancing, family, litigation, private client)
